One breath at a time ~ Asking for help can be the greatest gift you can give to both yourself, and those you care about.  At the root of my practice, I integrate a strength-based approach using mindfulness, art making and narrative work to engage you in creating a vision of how you would like your life to unfold so you can slowly proceed in achieving the life you desire. With compassion, understanding and gentle humor, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. My therapeutic style is richly integrative and eclectic.

As a trauma-informed therapist I specialize in anxiety, PTSD, bereavement, grief and life transitions. I believe in the resilience and creativity of the human spirit and continue to examine how self-awareness and breath work contribute to a positive mindset and a heightened sense of gratitude. I am honored to hold space and find it a privilege to assist individuals to holistically live their very best lives.

I’ve worked across diverse settings including inpatient and outpatient clinics, hospital-based schools, residential programs, substance abuse clinics, colleges and alternative public school systems. My clientele includes adolescents, adults and couples in varying stages of their lives. I also have a limited number of slots available for clinical supervision and consultation.
